Rest Day/Open Gym 5:30am-10pm

Have a friend interested? We have a community WOD every Thursday at 5pm. We’ll warm up together, learn a skill, do a little strength, all before hitting some conditioning. If you’re interested grab a buddy and join us tomorrow at 5!

There will be a CrossFit Kids from 6:30-7:30pm, please refrain from using the gym during this time!

Take the time to recover, come work on a skill, do some light work, prep your food, and hang out with friends.

If you’re interested in a track workout we’ll be jogging up to the indoor track just after noon to join the Nittany Valley Run Club for their Thursday sprint workout!
