The only CrossFit box in the area to qualify for the CrossFit Games Regional Competition. We boast over 2,000 square feet of CrossFit gym space within a more than 16,000 square foot facility! No other CrossFit in State College, Penn State, or Pennsylvania compares. Rogue Olympic Bars, bumper plates, Infinity Rig, and other weightlifting equipment to improve your strength and refine your Olympic lifts; Concept 2 Rowers, Wall Balls, Ab Mats, Jump Ropes and various other tortuous devices to improve your cardiovascular health; Gymnastic rings, climbing ropes, GHD’s and develop your gymnastic skills – we’ve got it all. Our facility has full men’s/woman’s separate locker-rooms, showers, parking, and even includes access to a general health facility (LionHeart Fitness) and again, the only CrossFit near Penn State’s main campus in downtown State College, University Park.
